2GreenMonkeys is a growing web development and social media company. We are currently looking for individuals interested in contract jobs for the following positions. As the company grows some of these positions may turn into full time positions.

Bloggers and Social Media Experts

2GreenMonkeys Web Design Solutions is currently seeking to fill positions for 3 writers with diversified writing styles to offer to our customers on a per job basis. Jobs will vary from a single article to several based on customer’s needs and required posting frequency. Correspondence will be done through email and all work will be done from the comfort of your home.

The ideal candidates will be proficient with Facebook, Twitter and Wordpress. Ability to compose, edit and submit posts to blogs. The candidate will already have a blog of their own and preferably, have a large readership. Ability to create and modify Facebook and Twitter accounts, and blogs using Wordpress. The candidate will be able to proficiently navigate the internet and be resourceful to search other media and publications to research information for assigned projects. Posts would vary in size, with most 150-250 words in length.

SEO Specialist

2GreenMonkeys Web Design Solutions is currently seeking to fill a contract position for SEO Specialist.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Research and implement tactics to increase website rankings and traffic
  • Optimize and update site content, to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords
  • Recommend and implement search engine and directory submissions
  • Research, measure and grow link building campaign, including internal links, external links and directory listings
  • Analyze site metrics using Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and other technologies

The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic and driven individual with experience working in an online marketing environment. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to make quick decisions. They will understand social media strategies and collaborate with social media team to increase site traffic and keyword rankings. The position will have varying deadlines, thus an ability to work confidently under extreme pressure will be essential.

Graphic Designers

2GreenMonkeys Web Design Solutions is currently seeking to fill a contract position for Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Brainstorming and creating designs, concepts and sample layouts
  • Presenting ideas to management and/or clients
  • Adjusting designs to meet client's needs and vision
  • Projecting budgets and schedules
  • Using computer software to create designs
  • Availability to work closely with clients, web developers and management to complete the final product

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing graphics for product illustrations, company logos, and creating layouts for Internet websites. They will be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. They will have excellent communication ability, problem solving ability, and organizational skills. Their skills will reflect an artistic sensibility. Thinking creatively is essential.

Web Developers

2GreenMonkeys Web Design Solutions is currently seeking to fill a contract position for Web Developer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing websites and blogs to meet client’s needs. They will coordinate with other team members to implement layouts and graphics, and design sites according to search engine optimization strategies. They will be proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Expression Studio. They will have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Required languages and platforms include:

  • ASP, JSP, PHP and ASP.Net
  • Javascript with knowledge of JQuery
  • Database: SQL Server and MySQL
